Love is in the air! And so wedding season is upon us! And what is it that I love even more then the wedding itself? The engagement shoots!

It’s like a practice run with the couples! We get a chance to meet and start to relax that way on their big day..the whole me-up-in-their-face feeling is a little less awkward!

As a Pittsburgh photographer, sometimes it is really nice to be able to go outside of the area and get some unique shots!

This weekend I was able to travel back to my hometown, Johnstown, PA, for an engagement photo shoot, and the second shoot was in Clarion, PA!

So a fellow Pittsburgh photographer and friend of mine let me borrow his camera for the weekend, the D700. Which until my new d800 appears on my doorstep, I have been using my d60 (old I know).

But, anyways, I decided to go camera crazy this weekend and shot as much as I can. Here is few shots from today. One is food photography of Cinnamon Butter Bread! and the other is of my kitty! I just wanted to introduce her!
